Essential suits organizations with occasional or moderate usage: few applications active at the same time, without intensive collaborative editing by multiple people. Your organization’s size matters less than the frequency and intensity of your daily digital usage.
Collective is designed for teams that edit documents together on a daily basis and use several applications in parallel on a regular basis.
Expert is suited to organizations with several departments active simultaneously and intensive use of several heavy applications at the same time.
The right plan depends mainly on your actual usage (number of people connected at the same time, intensity of collaborative editing, number of apps active in parallel) rather than your total headcount. Can I store and share other types of files in Cryptpad, such as images or videos?
Yes, although Cryptpad focuses on document editing, you can also store and share any other type of file in your folders.

Is it possible to change your current offer?
Of course, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you pay monthly, your request must be made before your next invoice is renewed. For annual commitments, you can also make the request during the year, prorated for the months already used. If you downgrade your plan, you will need to ensure that your used disk space does not exceed the new limit.
