Kimai is a powerful alternative to proprietary tools such as Toggl or Everhour, which charge around 9€ per user. With self-hosted Kimai, you get your own instance reserved 100% for your organisation, giving you complete control over your data.

You can also choose the access domain for your instance, for example track.yourcompany.com, and add your logo, company name and your own theme for an experience that reflects your brand image.

You may create as many accounts as you wish, as well as:

No worries. Explain your requirements in the registration form, along with the approximate number of users, and I will get back to you with advice. If the solution is not suitable for your situation, I will let you know. You can also call me directly to discuss it in person, or book a video call at a time that suits you.

Can I try it for free before purchasing?

Yes, you can test an application for 7 days with no obligation. An instance will be created for you, and if at the end of the trial you do not wish to continue, you will receive a refund within a few days. The data will be completely deleted.

Is it possible to change your current offer?

Of course, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you pay monthly, your request must be made before your next invoice is renewed. For annual commitments, you can also make the request during the year, prorated for the months already used. If you downgrade your plan, you will need to ensure that your used disk space does not exceed the new limit.
