Pretix is a powerful online ticketing solution for managing all your events and receiving secure payments.

You will be able to easily create:

  • Shop pages for each event, with tickets at different prices, setting the opening and closing dates for your sales. Customise your page with an image, specify all the important times and details to communicate to your customers.
  • Enable multilingual mode for an international experience. You can also customise the messages to be sent by email for each language.
  • Receive payments however you want: on-site, bank transfer, or secure online credit card payment (Stripe or PayPal): Self-hosted Pretix does not charge any commission on your sales.
  • Create discount vouchers to use in your marketing communications.
  • Your customers receive all the important details about their booking by email, along with a PDF ticket to print or show on the day, which you can customise.
  • Scan the QR codes displayed on your visitors' tickets to record their arrival and verify the validity of their ticket, preventing fraud.
  • Manage your teams by creating accounts for your event organisers.

No worries. Explain your requirements in the registration form, along with the approximate number of users, and I will get back to you with advice. If the solution is not suitable for your situation, I will let you know. You can also call me directly to discuss it in person, or book a video call at a time that suits you.

Yes, you can test an application for 7 days with no obligation. An instance will be created for you, and if at the end of the trial you do not wish to continue, you will receive a refund within a few days. The data will be completely deleted.

Of course, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you pay monthly, your request must be made before your next invoice is renewed. For annual commitments, you can also make the request during the year, prorated for the months already used. If you downgrade your plan, you will need to ensure that your used disk space does not exceed the new limit.
